Our clients wanted their brand-new Brooklyn condo to be stylish and sophisticated while accommodating their kids, pets, and busy lives. The new home started as a blank white box so we used our client’s vintage heirlooms as a jumping off point for the color palette. We created custom built-ins to tie together and highlight the pieces that held sentimental value. With kids and pets running around, the common spaces were designed with durable surfaces and curved edges, balancing the needs for safety and function with an elevated design for the adults. This project was fully designed from architectural blueprints while the high rise was still under construction. Using 3D modeling, we were able to show our clients how the rooms would look, design custom pieces, and bring their home to life even as the condo was still being built.
